West Virginia University’s Civil and Environmental Engineering program will enroll its inaugural class starting in the fall 2017 semester at a new location in Bahrain. Students will be enrolled as West Virginia University students and will be eligible to earn their bachelor of science in civil engineering.

The WVU Bahrain location is coed, and will be hosted at the Royal University for Women, located in Riffa, close to Bahrain’s capital, Manama, and international airport.'
All students admitted to the program will enroll in a preparatory foundation semester in English and mathematics.
